Tested top quality

Our electrically spot welded steel wire mesh mats are manufactured in the EU (Germany). The bars have a diameter of 4.5 mm and a tensile strength of 450 N/mm². A Galfan coating (zinc/aluminium) with a coating of at least 350g/m² offers the best corrosion protection with a value of at least 3,000 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS.

The spirals with a diameter of 4.5 mm and the spacers with a diameter of 5.0 mm have a tensile strength of 600 to 750 N/mm². Excellent rust protection is achieved with a Galfan coating (zinc/aluminium, 350g/m²). Our spirals and spacers are manufactured exclusively in Germany (at least 3,000 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS).

Dimensionally stable and comfortable thanks to intermediate grid

For gabion stone baskets from a length of 2 m, the construction and filling of the baskets usually requires a lot of experience and appropriate equipment. Not so with stone baskets from Gabionenshop HS. With our gabion stone baskets from a length of 2 m an intermediate grid can be purchased, including a corresponding quantity of spirals and spacers. The additional intermediate grid stabilises and thus facilitates a visually attractive construction.
